Terms and Conditions
Terms & Conditions for Group Classes
- The duration of each swimming lessons is approximately 45 minutes
- Monthly Fees are payable before the 3rd calendar day of every month
- No lessons will be conducted on Public Holidays, Eve of Chinese New Year and Deepavali
- No lessons or replacements in the event of bad weather conditions
- No replacements for absentees unless medical certificate is provided
- There will be one-week break on months with five weeks
- Students who wish to take a month (or more) break are required to pay half-month’s fee before the travel date
- June 1/2 month swimming fees will be collected prior, on April
- November 1/2 month and December 1/2 month swimming fees will be collected prior on September & October respectively
Terms & Conditions for Private Classes
- All four lessons should be consumed within 30-days from the first lesson
- Cancellation of classes should be informed to the instructor 1 day prior
- Make-up lessons will be advised according to coaches availabilities
Refund Policy
- In general there are no refunds for SwimTeam Prakash swimming classes
- To obtain a full refund you need to contact us at least 5 days prior to the starting of the course with a black and white copy of a medical certificate report
- Ultimately, the decision to refund any amount of money will be made at the discretion of SwimTeam Prakash
Liability
- Swimming coaches will not be held responsible for any claims arising out of any injury, damage or loss of life or property while attending the course and expenses incurred as a result of such claim.
SwimTeam Prakash reserves the right to change, amend or modify any part of the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
